Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with no stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, limited drops, and custom or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@fyithebrand.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and work to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
