Refund policy

Follow Your Instincts (FYI) accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and custom products are final sale.
